Varicella Attenuated Live Vaccine
We are developing an investigational varicella attenuated live vaccine, which is intended for healthy varicella-susceptible individuals aged 12 months or older. The investigational vaccine is produced by propagating the Oka strain of Varicella-Zoster Virus (VZV) in human diploid cells (MRC-5), followed by the addition of a stabilizer and lyophilization. We have currently completed the establishment of cell banks and virus seed banks for the investigational live attenuated varicella vaccine. We are now conducting preclinical studies on its safety and immunogenicity, and plan to submit a pre-IND application to the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) in the first quarter of 2026.
For all the above-mentioned products, we are seeking localized cooperation, technology transfer, and agency partnerships in overseas markets.
