Adsorbed Tetanus Toxoid Vaccine
We are developing an investigational vaccine containing tetanus toxoid. It is produced by culturing Clostridium tetani in a suitable medium to generate toxin, followed by refinement, formaldehyde detoxification, purification, and finally the addition of aluminum hydroxide adjuvant. Our investigational adsorbed tetanus toxoid vaccine is designed to induce the body to produce protective antitoxin antibodies through immunization. We have completed the process scale-up development and three batches of pilot-scale production of the bulk drug substance for the investigational adsorbed tetanus toxoid vaccine. Currently, we are conducting preclinical studies on its safety and immunogenicity, and plan to submit a pre-IND application to the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) in the fourth quarter of 2025.
For all the above-mentioned products, we are seeking localized cooperation, technology transfer, and agency partnerships in overseas markets.
