Lyophilized Rabies Vaccine for Human Use (Human Diploid Cell)
The product adopts cell factories and bioreactors for cell culture and virus amplification to improve virus titer, enabling large-scale production. Combined with lyophilized formulations and pre-filled diluent syringes, it provides a more convenient vaccination experience. For the clinical research of this product, three regimens will be developed: the Essen regimen (five doses), the Zagreb regimen (four doses), and a simplified four-dose regimen. The aim is to ensure effective immune protection and allow vaccine recipients and vaccination medical staff to flexibly select the most suitable regimen based on individual needs or clinical conditions. This product completed Phase I clinical trials in October 2014 and demonstrated good safety in subjects aged 10-60 years. Currently, preparations for Phase III clinical trials, submission of applications for ethical committee approval, and other related work have been initiated.
For all the above-mentioned products, we are seeking localized cooperation, technology transfer, and agency partnerships in overseas markets.
