From July 20th to July 22nd, 2023, Ab&B Bio Tech CO., LTD. JS successfully held the Mid Year Marketing Conference and Promoter Strategic Cooperation Conference. All members of the company's marketing team and representatives of all promoters went to this summer event, working together to start the first year of business for Ab&B Bio Tech CO., LTD. JS.
At the summary meeting, Mr. An Youcai, the Chairman and General Manager of the company, and Mr. Zhao Guojun, the Deputy General Manager, respectively gave keynote speeches on "Steadily Moving Forward in the First Year of Business" and "Huixin Setting Sail, Pursuing Dreams". They put forward earnest requirements and expectations for everyone from practical work requirements to personal career development. JS specially invited Professor and doctoral supervisor Lin Qian from China University of Political Science and Law to bring an open class on "Zeng Guofan's Wisdom in Employment and Team Management Strategies" to the attendees. Professor Lin cites classics and deeply analyzes the wisdom and strategies of ancient people, discussing modern enterprise management from the aspects of identifying, employing, and team management. He vividly explains it through the cases of companies such as Huawei and Lenovo, bringing a feast of management knowledge to the attending guests, empowering them with knowledge and achieving win-win cooperation.
