All members of the company's marketing team and representatives of promotion partners attended this summer event, working together to launch the first year of business for Ab&B Bio-Tech Co., Ltd. JS.
At the summary session, Mr. An Youcai, Chairman and General Manager, and Mr. Zhao Guojun, Deputy General Manager, delivered keynote speeches titled "Steady Progress in the First Year of Business" and "Huixin Sets Sail, Dream Pursuit" respectively. They provided practical guidance and shared expectations covering both professional requirements and personal career development. Based on first-half performance and identified challenges, each department presented second-half action plans. Meanwhile, the marketing department conducted targeted business training sessions tailored to the sales team's needs, collaborating to ensure a successful business launch year.
During the Strategic Cooperation Conference, Chairman Mr. An Youcai presented the company's capabilities across talent development, R&D strength, industrial capacity, and partnership strategies, emphasizing integrity and compliance as partnership fundamentals. Deputy General Manager Mr. Zhao Guojun drew historical parallels to propose collaborative principles of unity, mutual benefit, and value co-creation. Promotion partners engaged in lively discussions about current market challenges, sustainable competitive advantages, and premium vaccine branding. Both parties established long-term strategic partnerships.
Additionally, Ab&B Bio-Tech Co., Ltd. JS invited Professor Lin Qian, doctoral supervisor from China University of Political Science and Law, to present a masterclass: "Zeng Guofan's Wisdom: Ancient Strategies for Modern Talent Management". Professor Lin analyzed classical philosophies through contemporary case studies of Huawei and Lenovo, delivering actionable insights on talent identification, utilization, and team leadership. This knowledge-sharing session equipped attendees with actionable management strategies to foster win-win collaborations.
This conference clarified the marketing team's direction, strengthened partner confidence, and reinforced the values of mutual growth and shared success, providing strong momentum for successful product launch and commercialization.
