During the visit, the China Uruguay Trade Cooperation Seminar, organized by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, was grandly held in Beijing on the 21st. Uruguayan President Lacalle attended the forum and delivered a speech. Foreign Minister Omar and Minister of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Fernando delivered speeches, and representatives from both governments and business communities attended and exchanged ideas.
